ttechaero exists to put the right engineer in the right hangar, on the right day. We recruit licensed aircraft engineers (Part-66 B1/B2/C, FAA A&P/IA and national equivalents), avionics specialists, structures and composite technicians, NDT inspectors, planners, quality and airworthiness staff, project engineers and programme managers.
- Contract: rotational and fixed-term placements for line and base maintenance peaks, heavy checks, entry-into-service and AOG support.

Recruitment document management
A candidate is only as deployable as their paperwork. Every ttechaero candidate passes through a structured document workflow before presentation:
- Security vetting — identity, right-to-work, criminal-record and background checks; support for SC/DV and host-nation clearances.
- Skills evaluation — structured technical interview by a licensed engineer or security professional in the same discipline.
- Skills validation — reference checks with named supervisors and, where required, practical assessment.
- Education & certificate vetting — licences, type ratings, degrees and training certificates verified with the issuing authority.
Clients receive a single verified candidate file. Candidates keep a live, portable record.
Recruiting around the world, placing around the world
Our desk covers the UK and Europe, the Middle East, Africa, South & South-East Asia and the Americas. We move people across borders: work permits, visas, medicals, flights and accommodation are handled with the client so that a contractor's first day is spent on the aircraft, not in an office.
Disciplines span military aerospace engineering (fast-jet, rotary, transport and UAS platforms; depth and forward maintenance; weapons and avionics) through to civilian passenger-aircraft maintenance and engineering maintenance support across airlines and MROs.
